We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you change your mind we are happy to offer a refund.
Please contact us at orders@artrefinery.com within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Once the 30 day period has passed we have the right to refuse returns of any unwanted items.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must not wear any signs of use and be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned using the original packaging. The order will need to be returned to us within 14 days of your request for a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds might be granted:
- Any artwork with obvious signs of use;
- Any artwork not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error;
- Any artwork that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Returns of Damaged Artwork
We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged artwork. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or in less than satisfactory condition please get in touch with the us straight away as we may be able to repair or replace your artwork. Please contact us within 7 working days of the date on which you receive a damaged artwork.
To help us identify your order quickly, please include in the email: your order reference number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return. Take detailed photos of the damage sustained and of the shipping packaging it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to orders@artrefinery.com. You will receive an email reply from us with an update and steps on how to proceed.
In case you do not wish to have the artwork repaired or replaced, we will be happy to issue you with a full refund as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 working days from the date the return is received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to show against an account, depending on your bank.

All returns must include original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For your own protection, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service which requires a signature upon delivery in the unlikely event that these should go missing in the post. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for returns that fail to arrive with us and where no proof of postage/tracking is available.
