Delivery Costs
Shipping costs vary and are calculated automatically when you place an order online. The cost is determined by the size of the artwork and the delivery location. Shipping costs include all packaging, handling, and insurance fees.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the purchased item, its origin, framing requirements and the distance between the artwork location and your home. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. However, some items may be processed faster, while others might take more time, particularly if they require special packaging or handling.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number with an estimated delivery date and will be able to follow the progress of your artwork until it reaches your door. Our team will be always available to assist and keep you updated every step of the way.
Delivery Partners
We ship artworks using recognized and reputable international couriers (such as DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS, FedEx) or specialist art delivery companies. All artworks are fully-insured and insurance is included in the shipping cost stated at checkout. Due to the valuable nature of the artworks, all packages must be accepted and signed for upon delivery.

Rest assured that your new artwork will arrive safely. We always take care to make sure the work is properly protected according to our very high standards. Depending on the artwork location orders are packaged by us or directly by the artist and follow a standardised packaging process, with strong and durable materials and plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible.
